Meet Our Awesome Physicians

Dr. Rothstein graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Williams College. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine at University of Utah School of Medicine, completed his internal medicine internship at University of Utah, then entered the Washington University ophthalmology residency program. He received fellowship training in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at Sinskey Eye Institute in Santa Monica, CA.

Dr. Rothstein is an active teaching faculty member in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at Washington University School of Medicine.

Dr. Barrow received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and her medical degree from the University of Illinois. She completed residency in ophthalmology at Kresge Eye Institute at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI, where she was chief resident.

She received fellowship training in vitreoretinal surgery from McPherson Retina Center at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. She joined Cataract & Eye Disease Specialists in 2002.

Dr. Shetty graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in international public health from Duke University and earned her Doctorate of Medicine at University of Michigan. She completed her internship at St. John's Mercy Medical Center and her ophthalmology residency training at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, where she then served as chief resident.

She completed fellowship training in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at Washington University in St. Louis.

Dr. Liu graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University. She earned her medical degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, completed her internal medicine internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center, and completed ophthalmology residency at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL, where she was chief resident.

Dr. Liu completed fellowship training in glaucoma surgery at Northwestern University and returned home to St. Louis to join Cataract & Eye Disease Specialists.
